Cross-scale simulation of materials and casting simulation

A phase stability determination method without empirical parameters and considering multivariate nonlinear coupling was proposed, revealing the composition design and strength-toughness matching strategy of ultra-high strength and toughness titanium alloys. A cross-scale simulation framework of "micro-meso-macro" was realized, casting process defects were accurately simulated, and process parameters were optimized.


This research result achieved high-performance alloy composition optimization and process guidance.
