Revealed the mechanism of element volatilization in vacuum melting, proposed the method of increasing volatile elements to control composition; invented a new technology to reduce interstitial elements such as oxygen and nitrogen, revealed the formation mechanism of segregation in physical field-assisted casting, and invented two new technologies for uniform composition-element conditioning method and ultrasonic assisted method; achieved precise control of material composition during melting and casting. After melt treatment, the content of harmful interstitial elements O, N, and H is very low.
This research result won the first prize of provincial natural invention.
