Impeller: It is the key part. It rotates at high speed under the drive of the motor to generate centrifugal force to accelerate the projectile to be thrown out.

Blades: Connected to the impeller, the number is usually 4-8 pieces, and its shape and angle affect the speed and direction of the projectile to be thrown out.

Directional sleeve: controls the direction of projectile throwing to ensure that the projectile accurately hits a specific area on the surface of the workpiece.

Shot-splitting wheel: located in the center of the impeller, evenly distributes the incoming projectiles to each blade, making the projectile throwing more evenly.

Spindle and cover protection plate, spindle seat: the spindle supports the rotation of the impeller, and the cover and spindle seat are used to protect the internal components and fixed installation.

Accessory material: KmTBCr15/20/26, etc. Wear-resistant white cast iron.

Casting method:

Lost foam casting: a casting process with almost no excess and precise molding. It uses foam plastic molds instead of traditional wooden molds or metal molds. The mold is not taken out and the metal liquid is directly poured. Under the heat of the liquid metal, the foam plastic mold quickly vaporizes, burns and disappears. The metal liquid replaces the original mold and forms a casting after solidification and cooling.

Centrifuge casting: a casting method that injects liquid metal into a high-speed rotating mold and uses centrifugal force to fill the mold and solidify it. This method can improve the filling capacity of the metal and the density of the casting.

Quality inspection: 

Hardness test: ensure that the surface hardness meets the wear resistance requirements.

Metallographic/microscope observation: look at the organization, the best organization is dendritic, similar to a brush standing upright and tight.

Spectral detection: look at the metal element content of the accessories.
