Working principle:

This machine is a high-function shot blasting cleaning equipment with roller type continuous feeding. During the cleaning process, when the steel structure or steel is sent into the blasting area in the cleaning machine room by the electrically controlled adjustable speed conveying roller, all sides of the steel structure are hit and rubbed by strong and dense projectiles from different coordinates, so that the scale, rust layer and dirt on it fall off quickly, and the surface of the steel obtains a smooth surface with a certain roughness. The workpieces are loaded and unloaded at the inlet and outlet rollers on both sides outside the cleaning room. The projectiles and rust dust that fall on the steel are purged by the purging device, and the scattered ball-dust mixture is recovered and conveyed to the chamber funnel, the longitudinal and transverse screw conveyors are collected at the bottom of the elevator, and then lifted to the separator at the top of the machine. The separated pure projectiles fall into the separator hopper for shot blasting recycling. The dust generated during shot blasting is sent to the dust removal system through the exhaust pipe, and the clean air after purification is discharged into the atmosphere, and the granular dust is captured and collected.
