Excavator bushing

The presence of a large amount of manganese causes the surface of the material to produce work hardening when it is impacted and pressed. This makes the surface hardness of the material increase sharply, thus having excellent wear resistance.

This material is often used in situations where it needs to withstand strong impact and wear, such as bucket teeth of excavators, hammer heads of crushers, cement machinery, and loaders.

Manufacturing process:

• Ceramic process (custom bushing)

Rare metal content: can be changed and adjusted according to needs

Function: coating treatment, ceramic processing on the surface of the bushing enhances wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and extends the service life of the bushing.

Welding process: supports electric welding (manganese steel welding rod and stainless steel welding rod)

Water toughening treatment (directional cooling)

Quality inspection:

Hardness test: ensure that the surface hardness meets the wear resistance requirements;

Metallographic structure inspection: observe whether a single austenite structure is formed;

Non-destructive testing: such as ultrasonic testing to see if there are defects inside the bushing.
